Dan Borsch is president of the Louisville-Jefferson County Young Democrats. No one has filed against Anne Northup yet. The goal of this blog is to encourage support of Dan Borsch in a potential run for Congress.

"It's a risky scheme that's not going to work," said attorney Dan Borsch, the 28-year-old president of Young Democrats of Louisville and Jefferson County.
Social Security has been a guarantee, he said in an interview afterward, while Bush's plan would be a gamble.
